I've had the Apple iPod nano on the list of my essential items ever since I bought it. The shape and style is what attracted me to it in the first place: it's not too big, like it's other iPod counterparts, it has a proportionally large screen, and the circular pad is easy to use.

As I got into it, I found many features that I fell in love with: the around the world clocks, the list on the left hand side with the picture on the right, the games (such as Vortex and Solitaire) that keep me going on long journeys, the storage for photos, videos and podcasts, but most of all (and most obvious) the storage for the music. I have my whole CD collection on it (and that's a lot), and the sound quality is brilliant, with some surround sound effects for certain tracks.

Overall, a stylish personal music player, with lots of storage, good sound quality and a wide range of features.
