Advantages: easy to use. visually stunning to look at. good features and sound quality is very high.

Disadvantages: original headphone hurt when placed in ear as they are to big

i begged my sister to get me this for my birthday as almost everyone i knew had one. when she finally 'surprised' with it i was over the moon. I got the Pink version which was great. one thing i really do not like about the ipod are the headphones. they are so uncomfortable and hurt you ears so you might have to spend a bit more extra cash on buying some new ones and make sure its a decent pair aswell otherwise it willl compromise the sound quality.
8gb is also a lot of memory. i have currently got just over 700 mp3s and a few videos on my ipod and i have still got over 6gb of memory left.
it may not be the cheapest mp3 player in the world but Apple have certainly done well to release a product that is of such amazing quality. I also recieved a £15 itunes voucher which i thought was a nice gift. argos had this on offer also a while ago.
using the ipod click wheel may be tricky for fist time users but trust me you will have it figured out within minutes. the ipod also arrives with 3 free built in games and my favorite has to be 'maze' as you tilt the ipod to play and this tecnology is awesome.

Summary: overall a quality product to buy!!!
