Advantages: Easy to use

Disadvantages: Storage not as good as some of the more expensive models.

I finally updated from my four year old Ipod Mini this year, to a this smaller, more modern looking model. I had been putting off updating to a newer Ipod, thinking there was really no difference - they play music they are all the same - right? Wrong!

The Nano is slimmer and more stylish looking. The colour screen is such a bonus, this was another feature I didnt think I'd notice but its so nice being able to see the album covers of the songs as they play. Also being able to view photographs is a nice touch.

Even though it is small in stature, it still manages to retain a fair amount of storage and is only 2GB off my original mini. There are several additional extras provided on it such as Solitaire and a calander that have proved to be very useful even though when I was looking for a new Ipod they wouldnt have been on my list of important features!

In short, the Ipod Nano is just updated enough to be new and fresh, but still easy to use for the not so technologically advanced as myself, and will keep you occupied on long bus/train journeys not just with music, but finding your way around all the features as well!
