Advantages: Slim, fits a lot of music on it, easy to use

Disadvantages: Can be annoying when a different menu pops up if it's turned too far onto the side

I decided to buy an iPod after a succession of cheap mp3 players that broke very quickly. I hoped that, due to the popularity of iPods, it might be more reliable than my old cheap mp3 players.

And it is.

I bought the special edition red version from the apple website, for about £100. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how slim and small it is - small enough to fit in any pocket or bag.

As my first iPod, I wasn't sure how easy it might be to use - but I found it very simple. Plugging it in to the computer and using iTunes is also really simple, and I got used to it very quickly.

The iPod itself fits plenty of music on - I have a LOT of albums on it, and there's still plenty of space, making it great for music lovers.

I also love the colour - it's vibrant, and makes it a little different from others.

The only slight issue I have is the menu that comes up if it's turned on it's side slightly - it can be a little annoying, but it's such a slight issue that I don't mind it!
