got mine for christmas and at first i thought it was the best....got bored a few weeks later and didnt touch it for a while....then i had a massive problem and icon came on my screen and it wouldnt let me use my ipod....it gave a website underneath and i went on that and just went in circles....eventually i RESTORED it using ipod updater....at first my pc wouldnt recognise my ipod so i left it for a day and it was fine. i thought 2GB would be enough but because i love my music it isnt its an extra£40 for another 500 songs not bad. also my is scratched everywere....its very very easily scratched so i suggest you get a case
