Advantages: Sleek design , good quality sound .

Disadvantages: Very easily sratched , i tunes difficult to access via web

Got my i pod for christmas and overall was very impressed with it, the control dial on the front is easy to us and makes it straightforward to access all of your tunes. The software from apple is very user friendly and only takes a couple of mins to load , the apple website has some useful tips on how best to save power on your i pod (the battery doesn't last as long as they advertise) and also a good fault finding page.
The 2 Gig version will store around 500 songs , my music collection has quickly outgrown that so i would recommend paying the extra 100 pounds for the 20 gig version.
One negative thing i would say is that the i tunes music shop has not been easy to access , after reading other reviews i found thats the case with other people too.
To be honest when buying an i pod you pay alot for the name ,but there is no doubting they are easy to use and very practical. If your looking for a lower price and higher capacity Panosonic sell some 20 gig players for the same price as the nano (last time i looked) .

Summary: Slightly overpriced with some good fuctionality

2GB is just not enough for me, my nano is already full! It's annoying!

Personally I'm a fan of the i-river products but I guess each to their own.

I would not buy an ipod, my MP3 player has 6gb and was less than a £100.
