Disadvantages: battery life is shorter than I expected, charges automatically when pluged into the computer

I got an ipod nano for my birthday in March and it's great. =D It's very easy to use and is very compact. At first i was afraid to use it because it was so tiny but i soon got used to it and it's wonderful. It's features are amazing! World times, games, organiser, photos and more! It has a microchip in it instead of little mechanical things like the ipod mini so if you drop it (as long as the screen doesn't crack) it won't break as easily as the ipod mini's. There is a bit of a downside.... it charges automatically when you plug it into a computer to download more songs, even when the battery is still pretty full. I have found that the battery life is getting shorter and shorter because of it. Also, you can only transfer songs on it via itunes, so you have to keep installing itunes onto every computer that you are going to download songs from. If you are thinking of buying one, i would recommend for you, when you first charge it, to charge it up fully, then don't charge it at all until the battery runs completely out and then do that a few times so the battery lasts longer. You might have to wait to download new songs until your ipod runs out of battery because, as I said before, the ipod will charge up automatically when you plug it into the computer. Overall, this is a great MP3!
