Advantages: Small and compact, wont get in the way of your training

Disadvantages: Poor value for money

If you want a small mp3 player that simply plays music with no fuss then this may be of interest you, compared to other ipods the unit is sturdy and lasts a very long time. Ideally I would recommend this unit for joggers and other sports men/women who want to listen to music while training but not affect their streaming or wear something that may get in the way of their movement.

If however you are looking for an mp3 player with a lot a features, good value for money and for everyday use then I would steer clear of this product and ideally look at Sony, unless you are seriously into mp3 and media players (in which case why are you looking at this?) then I would suggest the iriver. Both iriver and Sony in my opinion are far superior makes to apple ipods when looking for a player that will be used frequently, last and offers great features and performance

Summary: Only buy if you need an mp3 player that is tiny for use while training.

I exercise with a nano held in a band round my arm no problem. I think shuffles are too expensive for what you get.

I think you need more details about this, e.g. how it works, how much it cost, how to upload songs onto it etc.
