I have this Ipod Shuffle, It is a lightweight mp3 player that can hold not just a few but hundreds of mp3s.
Me being a jogger, have found the shuffle to be of great use especially as it has a built in clip and doesn't fall off me. I have created my own playlists so don't need really need a screen as I already have the music I want on there.
The volume goes as high or as low as I need it. There is a toggle switch to turn the "shuffle songs" feature on or off which is nice so that I don't get tired songs being played in the same order over and over again. It's worth every pound. Maybe someday I'll also get the Ipod Touch that plays videos and pictures, but for now, this is simple and does what it says on the box.
The only downside to the shuffle is that you have to download all the music via Itunes so conversion take a little bit of time, Ear buds do tend to slide out as you workout and it can easily get misplaced
