Advantages: cheap and well made - never breaks

Disadvantages: cannot choose a particular song without going through your whole album

This is a fantastic little device. Personally i find it great for the gym or when i go running because you just clip it on, and you're off. You don't have to mess around buying arm bands or hoping it falls out your pockets, so it is great. What is also really good about it is that it so cheap compare to a full size ipod.

The only downside is that there is no screen so you can't pick a song without going through the whole list or even tell what you are listening - if this is a big problem for you the new ipod shuffle, which is still cheap and great for sports, has tried to solve this problem by a voice telling you what song you are listening.

On the other hand though, there is a benifit to this beacause unlike with an ipod with a screen where you tend to listen to the same songs, by going through your whole album it plays a new song you have not heard in a while.

Overall it is great and i reccommend it for anyone looking for a well made, cheap and great for sports music player. It's great.
