Advantages: Ideal for using when running or in the Gym
Disadvantages: There are bettter products if your looking for an Ipod for day to day use.
I first got one of these mini shuffles about 4 years when 02 were giving them away free with my phone contract. It has exactly the same functionality as its larger sister product but on a smaller scale with a clip so you can secure it on your jacket, T-Shirt, Shorts etc.
I do a lot of running and had previously used various Ipods and MP3 players strapped to my arm which is not practical and a pain to change songs etc. This little Ipod is really aimed at people who want to use it for sports it is absolutely perfect being so small in size. Being able to clip it to the bottom of your T-shirt or onto your shorts makes if perfect for running with and is easy to reach down to change song or adjust the volume.
It has a 4 Gig memory so can store hundreds of songs and like all Ipods it is docked and set up using ITunes which I find very simple. The sound is as good as any other Ipod I have and it still sounds great when you are running. I have an Ipod Nano for everyday use as I would say that this is really geared towards sports and obviously has no screen and to find the song you want is a matter of skipping through every song until you find what you're looking for.
In conclusion I highly recommended this for sports use if you are looking for a normal IPod there are better products on the market for you.
Summary: I reccomend this to all who like to listen to music when training
