Advantages: easy to use even for those without the most technical minds

I was reluctant to buy an iPod touch as I really like the clickwheel function on the classic iPods, but in the end I decided to go for it. Definitely the right decision! By having a touch screen the iPod touch becomes more than an MP3 player because of the games and applications which are so easy to obtain and use, and the ease of scrolling through your music.

As an Apple product I knew this wouldn't let me down and it has been brilliant so far. I'm really not the most technically minded person but this is so easy to use it's unreal. The games and applications are excellent, with some practical functions (e.g. spirit level) and some which pass the time on boring journeys (e.g. old school pen and paper games such as Hangman).

The real function though, is obviously as a music player and the iPod touch is, I think, unbeatable because of the way in which you can easily scroll through your album artwork. I know some people find this a little fiddly but I have never had a problem and you can always use the traditional list form.

Overall an excellent product and one I would recommend to anyone, even a mild technophobe like myself!
