Last year I was contemplating on getting an Ipone or an Itouch. It seemed far too expensive a contract to get an Iphone so I opted for the Itouch as paying a one of fee and then getting access to the same things like apps as the Iphone seemed more appealling.

I have a 8gb and find that is plenty of space. I dont use it to store pictures just my music cd's which I mainly listen to on the train or at the gym. I have about 200 songs loaded which is plenty for me and still has three quarters of the space left.

I love the fact I can connect to my wifi at home so I can walk on my treadmill and watch videos on youtube which is great in passing the time while walking.

I must of spent the first few days looking through the catelogue of free applications available and downloading many games and applications like a pedometer. They only take a couple of minutes to download.

The ipod touch is very slim with a black front and silver backing. I found though the battery life does not last as long as I want and sometimes find myself a bit stuck when the battery suddenly goes. The battery life lasts about a week and that is with moderate useage. The screen is very clear and the video quality is as you would expect on a computer but sometimes can be quite slow but that might just be the connection on my wifi.

I would highly recommend this product and even thinking of upgrading to the new Ipod Touch with the camera
