First of all I must start by saying I am not a fan of Apple, I disagree with their policy to keep the mechanics of their system private. As opening it up would allow a much broader spectrum of programs and usability to be present.

That being said the Ipod touch is in a class of its own when it comes to MP3 player technology. A huge 32GB hdd, for all your storage needs. This piece of magic has gone way beyond simply being an mp3 player.

The wonderful 3.5" touchscreen is easy to use and the sensitivity is just about perfect for any user, gives access to a new world, seamless wireless connectivity gives internet access on the move, also with recent updates which can be downloaded via your computer and put onto the touch. You can now access the IPhones library of programs we all see advertised daily.

When I first used one of these I was biased as my first paragraph may have explained. But I was undoutably wrong. This is the next level of mp3 player technology and is in a field of its own at the moment. No competitor comes close. It is easy to use and gives access to more features than you could probably ever need in an mp3 player but are always nice to have.

For those looking to purchase one of these I cannot think of one bad reason not to. The only other option I can think of is to purchase the Iphone instead giving you every single feature found in the Ipod touch but with the added phoning and messaging features.
