I have had my iPod touch for nearing 2 years now and I use it almost every day. I use it for both leisure and for a useful tool. The apps within the app store are just amazing and the majority are amazing value. There is so much variety too, enabling me to do almost anything (from weather to games) on the go.

The touch screen is crisp and clear, with an incredibly vivid colour range. This is demonstrated by some of the apps I have. The ability to pinch to zoom in helps as this is much easier viewing an image this way than using a computer to have the same effect. With just the swipe of a finger, you can browse your music and surf the web, using the built in Wi-Fi. The wi-fi connects extremely quickly in comparison to other household gadgets and definately quicker than my computer.

The battery life of my iPod touch depends on what I use it for. Some days I use it for music, others for games and apps. The more you use it, the quicker the battery dies (as one would expect), but on standby can last for days.
I am glad I bought the 32gb version as I have over 16gb of music and there is no way I can choose the songs so it just all has to fit so the extra flexibility is a life saver. With a very easy operating system, the constant software updates leave me waiting to see what the next one does differently!

Overall, the iPod touch is a modern gadget that I use everyday and would not be without it ever. However, a friend's iPod of the same model has broken on a number of occasions, meaning he has to get Apple to replace it. They have done this with the minimum of fuss, so I have a lot of respect for them, making my impression of apple higher than it was.
