I had been contemplating whether to purchase one of these over christmas and after researching and seeing adverts for applications, so I ended up buying it.

At first, it was such a novelty, with free apps and the shiny new screen it kept me entertained for ages. Then I started using it for the what it really is, a MP3 player. One of the great things about it is that it has a loudspeaker built in, so if I want to hear a song and I don't have any speakers then its great! The library is very easy to use, and it is easy to add to playlists when you want to create a particual themed playlist. The only issue that I have had is that you can't edit information whilst on the iPod, it has to be done on the computer.

One thing that I love about my iPod is the touch sensitivty. It has the best sensitivity and accuracy of any touch screen I have come across and it remembers regurally used words.

It has plenty of memory for a day-to-day user, and the apps avalible are brilliant, both free and paid for.

It is very stylish and has many accesories availible to purchase.

Its very useful as well, with facilities to check email, news and weather. Safari is brilliant, almost as easy as using a PC.

One of my best buys this year!
