Apple are certainly doing something right by their iPod range. Selling millions of products a week they never seem to let down when it comes to the quality of these handheld hi-fis.

But what's the point in trading your iPod 3g for one of these? First of all the 4g is slightly smaller and a lot sleeker than the 3g, but maintaining the sophisticated touch and design. And finally they've introduced a camera to the front to incorporate into the "Facetime" experience, as well as the camera on the back.

You will easily notice a better display if you owned any of the previous iPod touch. Video quality is stunning with 960×640 pixel resolutions (326 pixels per inch as compared to 163 pixels per inch of 3G) of the iPod touch 4G. I love it!

Another revolutionary step with iPod touch 4G is the introduction of Facetime. Using Facetime you can start a video call by sending an invitation to your friends who use iPod touch 4G or iPhone 4 over Wi-Fi without any associated contract. FaceTime only works with a Wi-Fi connection.

As wonderful as this iPod is there are a few bad sides to this product. The speaker leaves somewhat to be desired, just as its predecessors have done, very lackluster sounding. The screen does not compare to other competitors in the market and most would struggle using the Touch as an e-reader.

Thickness reduced by 1.6 mm and weight reduced by 14 gram.The iPod touch 32GB, 4th generation is unbelievably thin and even more unbelievable with what it can do.I didn't have to do much research to decide buying the device (though I have more details below), I was absolutely clear that it is worth the price tag and will enhance my experience with iPod touch and the way I enjoy entertainment.
