The special edition iPod looks better than the standard model, with its black front and red scroll wheel making it stand out from the normal grey and white
The features in the model itself are pretty good too, with the ability to store pictures and videos as well as just your music. Its screen is an adequate size to watch things like video podcasts and films, and I found it great for storing films to watch on holiday. It also has a large enough memory capacity to allow the user to store a good number of songs videos and pictures without running out, and is easy to navigate around.
The design itself is probably only worth getting if you are a big u2 fan, but depending on the price difference between the special edition and a standard model, if it is not particularly significant, I reckon this would be a better choice.
The iPod U2 Special Edition is back for an encore. Distinctive colors, laser-engraved signatures on a black stainless steel back, and exclusive videos make it uniquely U2. And space for up to 30GB of songs, photos, and videos make it completely iPod.
