Advantages: Colour screen, Big capacity can now be bought at reasonable prices

Disadvantages: er.....

Absolutely amazing bit of kit. Although now superceded by the Classic, if your thinking of buying one of these from ebay, go for it. 30G is a great amount, its going to take you a while to fill it and you don't have to worry about taking something off to put something on.
You can keep songs and albums on there just incase you feel like listening to it at some point. It also has the video capability, which is great for flights- you can fit a few movies on there no problem, and even your favorite TV shows, so why not. and you wont have to worry about taking music off there to fit them on.

I've had mine nearly two years now and its done me proud. I'm no where near filling it, and its still going strong. the battery's starting to get a little weaker, but to say I've used it everyday for two years solid i don't think its done bad at all!! and theres still life left in it yet!! Amazing!!

Summary: A true design classic thats now affordable!!
