Archos AV700 80 GB

i have to say we now have 2 of these a 80 gig and a 40 gig they really are brill you can listen to music watch films have pictures on them even record your faverate tv shows onto it the screen size is about 7inches pleny big enough:) but the quality is amazing you get a docking station so you can plug it all in to watch on your home tv you can get transfere leads so if a freind has an archos you can swap media between yourselfs. my 3 year old now has the 40 gig with lots of disney films on and cartoons even he can use it with ease all in all a great portabel media device with so many possabilitys great for long journeys in the car or the plane on our 80 gig we have ...  Read the complete review

I pruchased one of these to film stuff whilst on my motorbike. To serve this purpose, this is a good product. The capacity is great and it supports lots of good formats. The screen is large for this type of product but I didn't buy it on that basis. I can hook this up to a bike/helmet camera through the AV connection and record stuff as I ride. To this end, it is superb to use. Very small and the quality is great. Fairly simple to use. Couple of sticking points but nothing that can't be figured out.
