I recently purchased this mp3 due to its immensly low price compared to other 3gb mp3 playes with a decent sized screen. The mp3 player itself is quite small and happily fits in my trouser pockets. It can be syncronised with windows media player 10 or, as i prefer to use it, as an external hard drive, which also means that it can be used for holding data. It charges off USB which is really useful as almost anyones house i go to has a usb cable lying around that i can use. This mp3 player is a great purchase, but does require some correct treatment, eg. trying to turn off the unit while the usb is plugged in causes mine to crash, it has a couple of little quirks like ...

Having recently had the Archos bought for me as a present, I was a little sceptical. I found the packaging and extras not very useful, and the instructions for the player were actually on the MP3 player. There was no obvious instruction contained within, however I found it was not too difficult. Through Windows Media Player I opened and synced it up. Having had the Iriver 100 for about 3 years previously (a stunning machine for those interested in buying a cheap but a reliable MP3 player) it had only contained 256mb. This has 3gb. Having about 11 gigs of music on my system this means that only four changes will give me a cover of all my music. The features are minimal ...
