I have recently sold my Archos Jukebox 20 gig model after some 8 months of use and although it was kind of sad to say goodbye to the product it was for the best. I am new to Dooyoo hence the reason I did not write this review when I first owned the product. I had pondered for some time over a device of this nature. I am a real gadget freak and it took a while for me to make a decision. There were a few to choose from. Ipod, a couple from creative labs and this from Archos. I opted for this because at the time of purchase I was a PC user and the product was compatible with my software program of choice Musicmatch. The Archos Jukebox 20 is a monster, both to look upon, and to hold. The utterly ironic 'Think Smaller' slogan that scrolls across the packaging is laughable. This MP3 player is simply too big to carry around comfortably. never mind putting this thing in your pocket, you would be as well going out and buying a good old-fashioned CD player - it would take up less room! Performance-wise, it's not that hot either. Not being terribly PC literate, I had great trouble installing the player to my computer. Moreover, once it was finally installed, the thing wouldn't permit me to download any files onto the actual player, but only onto my new musicmatch file ...

and the response is not always satisfying. Conclusion The Archos Jukebox 20 is without doubt a funny little gadget, which gives a whole bunch of opportunities. Playing of DivX-movies is a most welcome new feature, and I hope more producers use this in their new products. If it had been easier to use, this would be a superb player.
