3, and eventually decided to splash out an extra 100 quid and go for a hard disk type. This basically gave me a choice between the DAP and the Archos 6000. I was instantly drawn to the 6000 (and henced purchased) due to it's smaller size (same height and width as a palm pilot, and about an inch deep) and it's easy uploading / downloading facility via the USB.
