Advantages: Alot of memory, good for videos.

Disadvantages: Can be slow, had to restart a few times at first.

When I first received this mp3, it was as a gift. I was over the moon! So much memory, and it worked really well, so it seemed at first. I was wrong. My Creative Zen had to be restarted many times at first, and I even had to delete the whole library and start again. Also, the battery life is something to be considered when buying this product. You will find that even after charging it for what seems like forever, the life of the mp3 will go and will go very quickly! If you are only to use this mp3 player for a few hours, or just a day and can charge after 6 hours of use (or just don't change the songs), then you'll be fine. Aside from this the outer case is very durable and lasts well. Creative Zen's - so I have been told and from my own experience - do have a tendancy to be slightly slow at times, even if you have a lot of memory left.

Summary: Not for someone who uses an MP3 player everyday, you'll never get full use!
