I own a Ipod nano, but my Mother recently got this for her birthday and asked me to help her set it up, well l have plenty of experience setting these types of Mp3s up but this one was the biggest headache I have ever had. The player came with a program to convert videos but no matter what I did and how many times I called for support the thing just wouldnt work! Finally I had to convert them to a readable format with VLC and then the program they gave me, but this was a lengthy process that took over 4 hours for one movie! What a waste of time. Other then that the screen is nicer to watch movies off of then the Ipod, and I hope that the fault was a one thing thing, but it was very annoying and a whole day wasted for me. Hope you other owners have had better luck.

Summary: Fancy looker, but I perfer the Ipod
