Advantages: Ease of use and sound quality

I have owned this product for around 12 months and have found it to be excellent value for money. The sound quality has been excellent and, although the screen is on the small side, meaning you wouldn't want to watch feature-length films, the video facility is very smooth and certainly watchable. The controls are user-friendly, with the music catagorised into artists, albums and genres, making it easy to find the perfect song. The Zen is also a fairly robust and survived the occasional impact with no problems. Despite all the positives, the Zen has also crashed on occasion, despite not being overloaded (it's only filled to about 80% capacity). While this is not exactly a frequent occurance, it can be frustrating as it needs to be reset following a crash, using the tiny hole in the back. In general, however, the positives associated with this MP3 player far outway the negatives, and it has become a real competitor of the ubiquitous Ipod.

Summary: Small, yet robust Mp3 player, which is excellent value for money
