At first glance, the appearance/style of the Creative Zen Mosaic gives a sense of elegance and quality, with its trendy, futuristic design.
Its small and compact size, makes it ideal for using whilst on the move. When using the in-ear headphones that are supplied, it produces average quality sound. A slight improvement in sound clarity is achieved when using an additional pair of headphones.
The player also boost built in speakers which are only adequate for its sound quality. It is compatible with a wide range of audio file formats including WAV, WMA, MP3 Napster and even Audio Book files.
The menu is well designed and structured making it straightforward and easy to use. Although I was sceptical at first, the keys are fairly responsive and reliable even though they are rather close to each other.
Its battery stamina is quite good, on average a full charge provided about 38 hours of continuous audio playback, and about 7 hours of continuous video playback. Sadly the only flaw of the player is the size of its screen which can be used to view photos and slides with music playing in the background, but it is definitely unsuitable for watching videos for extended periods of time.

Summary: A bargain player that is considerably cheap for its rich features and stylist aesthetic appearance.
