... PC. Pet niggles: The standard earphones are a bit basic and not a comfortable fit in the ear, but these can be replaced easily enough. The player can lock up from time to time (rarely encountered this). It has a reset button on the side though, and the end of the earphone's jack plug is the right size to reset it. I have bought two of these players, and would happily buy a third if my present player should ever need replacing. They are not too expensive to buy, are far from basic, and, in my opinion, represent gre...more

Creative Zen Mozaic EZ100 8 GB: Insanely small CD collection in my pocket! (473 words)

I actually have the pink version of this model, which at the time was exclusive to a well known high street catalogue shop we all know and use! Ok I am bad at reviewing things that have loads to talk about so I'll do my best and try to split into sections about this lil' dude. Useability: At first seems simple, you turn on with the play button which you press and hold for a few seconds, and you do the same action to switch the unit off. Buttons on the unit are what i'd say engraved, but not exactly with the functions they serve. Menus are easy to use and for the screen quality, easy to read. I have had a few niggles with trying to browse through ...  Read the complete review

Creative Zen Mozaic - not very good (229 words)

After my Beloved Ipod Nano lost was drowned in a sea of lemonade, I decided to purchase the Creative Zen Mozaic. It cost only £50 for 8gb, a video player, recorder, built in speaker and of course came from a well known brand I felt it was a brilliant choice...but how wrong was I, I will break this down into simple short pro's and con's... Pros - - Good Battery Length, 34h + - Fm radio - Big 8gb memory Cons - -Firstly the built in speaker would not work, and there was no button or instructions for how to turn it on, it's almost as if it never existed - About 25 percent of all the songs I listened to SKIPPED, for ...  Read the complete review

Creative Zen Mozaic EZ100 8 GB: A Nice Versatile Player (266 words)
by - written on 22/09/12 (Useful, 35 readings)

I owned a Creative Zen Mozaic EZ100 for several years and loved it. A couple of months ago the screen went (possibly due to the Zen getting wet when I got caught out in the rain), so I bought a new one straight away and am just as happy with it as I was with the first one. I often listen to Audible audio books and not all players are compatible. The Zen Mozaic is compatible though, but, as with all audible compatible devices, the player needs to activated against your audible account (not hard to do). The Zen is far from just a music player though. It has a graphic equalizer, with several preset listening options (rock, stadium etc), and a calendar ...  Read the complete review

Good enough for the price (308 words)
by - written on 15/08/11 (Useful, 7 readings)

When my 2gb mp3 player just wasn't offering me enough space anymore, I decided to upgrade to something with a little bit more memory. I really wanted an ipod, of course, but being somewhat skint, opted for this, since it was the cheapest mp3 player I could find with this capacity. It is basically a good enough mp3 player, as long as you don't expect too much of it. If you just want it to play your music, and to be able to scroll through artists, albums and tracks - it's great! The battery life is a definite pro - I charge mine every few months, and use it every time I drive anywhere, hooked up to one of those converter thingies. Not having to think about ...  Read the complete review

Creative Zen Mozaic EZ100 8 GB: What a little tropper !!!! (381 words)
by - written on 29/08/11 (Useful, 20 readings)
Rating:

I have in fact had this little mp3 player for a good 5 years and it is still going! I have drop it, crushed it and flung it (accicdently:) ) and it will still work everytime. The bright pink was what attracted me and have found the design to be very good. With only 9 buttons all together it is very simple to use and only took me a few mins to master. This is small enough to fit into my pocket comfortably even my skinny jeans!. It also has a button that with one touch you can lock the buttons. I have found that I have put about half of every song I own on this mp3 and still I have a little over half of the memory left and have never had to delete ...  Read the complete review
