Have had one of these for about six months or so and have found it great. The software supplied with it is so easy to use and they haven't left out a thing. The only gripe is the headphone cover sponges, don't expect to have them for too long I lost mine after a week. But for the price of a new set of headphones I still think this unit is very good value for money.Make sure you set the sensitivity of the touch controller to low because it is very sensitive and make sure to lock it when in play mode. The capacity of this unit is dependent on the length of tracks and the format. You should be able to fit 10,000 tracks in WMA format at 64kbps and 5,000 mp3 at 128 kbps all these figures based ...

Last year I bought an MP3 player for my birthday, a 5GB Creative Zen which was about all I could afford at the time. Over time it started to annoy me as I had to select some of my CD’s to be banished to obscurity (ie not be put onto the player). Now I love a variety of music and after a year this was really starting to annoy me so I had my eye out for a replacement, larger capacity player. Having originally planned to purchase another mp3 player, I decided to go for the Creative Zen Touch 20GB when I saw the way it looked, and the fact that it was of a significantly different design to the ubiquitous ipod. Firstly, the capacity is great-i ll probably never fill this with all the music I ever listen to, at last count 473 mp3 tracks. The sound quality is superb, but depends upon the original quality of the mp3 tracks you have downloaded. Some are better than others.
