Cute little mp3, but watch out for reliability issues (Creative Zen V Plus 4 GB)

This is a cute little mp3, simple interface and simple functions. It's even got the ability to view video (although the 1 inch screen isn't really big enough to watch a feature length film).

The big problem (in my experience) with this player in unreliability. The display ceased to work after a few months, so I sent the player back to creative and they sent me a replacement (almost certainly a refurbished player). That solved my problem until less than three months later the replacement player contracted the exact same fault, player working except no display. I have sent the player back to creative again but they are yet to replace it.

In a nutshell, no matter how nice a mp3 player works, you just cannot forgive 2 critical faults in the player's reliability in the space of one year. As a result I could not reccommend this mp3 player to anyone.

Summary: A decent attempt at countering the nano, but unreliable!
