I bought two Zen Vision M 30's. One for me and one for my wife. They are fantastic except for one or two faults. They both crash far too often usually when scrolling through the tracks. It takes quite a while to reset them as they have to reboot and reload all the info. We both have around 2000 tracks on them. The other fault is with regard to the volume which distorts at times even at very low volumes. To resolve this, I found that if you skip to the next track and then skip back it sorts it. Very strange though. Finally, the volume doesn't go high enough. Fine for indoors but needs to go louder for outside use, especially on a main road where traffic noise can over power the music. Apart from that it's an amazing machine.

Summary: Excellent and worth every penny.
