I have now owned this MP3 player for about 18 months, and I do not see myself replacing it any time soon. It's a solid player and doesn't skip or switch off if accidentally dropped, which I have first hand experience of! The sound quality is great, but on occasion some songs get a strange rippling sound over the top which can be incredibly annoying. The screen is fantastically clear, and has an amazing sharp picture which is fantastic if you want to watch music videos, TV shows or movies on the go. Rarely it will crash when changing tracks (I have noticed that it tends to happen if you've skipped a lot of tracks beforehand) in which case you just need to reset the player via the small hole on the bottom. It will rebuild your library and resume playing. This can take a while depending on how much is in the memory but at least you don't lose everything altogether! The touch pad is great, and the sensitivity of it can be adjusted to suit. Over all it's a great player which is avaliable at a good price. When mine eventually needs replacing I am positive that I will get another Creative player based on my experience with this product.

Summary: Large memory, great quality player for a great price.
