IItronics MP3-Player IMP-11

I bought this product thinking it would be a easy to use cheap mps3 player. I can say i was right with my second thought, my first one was completely incorrect. When i tried to download songs onto this mp3 i couldn't- it was like talking to a brick wall! I just would not download at all. Then when i tried going onto their "website" i find it does not exist. Nor is there any other type of contact information. I bought thinking that because it was a shop i knew and trusted it, that they would only import good products. I was wrong.
