The new iPod shuffle - a big difference! (Ipod Shuffle 4GB)

Advantages: Great new features such as Voice-over and high audio quality.

Disadvantages: Quite exensive when compared with other similar mp3 players.

I have very recently just bought this as a new upgrade to the older shuffle. I have been pleased in many ways with the new features that are offfered.

The first thing that I noticed about it is that it seemed to be smaller than before and easier to use. Now instead of the buttons being on the device itself they are actually featured onthe ear-bud cord. This made me question however if you were to lose the headphones or they got broken it may be quite expensive and damaging to replace.

The 4GB of storage was an improvement to my previous shuffle which only had 2GB. The 4GB of storage is enough to store around 1000 songs which is ample when going out. There is no doubt that the new style with its size and its weight make this new shuffle truly brilliant. I am really pleased that I did upgrade in the end. It is generally very easy-to-use and the sound quality is very high.

Perhaps the best new feature is the new Voice-over which literally a voice that will tell you the name of the song and its details with the press of a button. So that helps solve the issue of not having a screen. It must be noted however that it is £60 which is more expensive than previous versions. But considering all of the additions that you get I believe that it is money well spent. I hope this has been useful and thank you for reading.
