Iriver software is easy to use aswell. The battery life is also excellent, and I have had days and days of music out of a single AA battery. As a side note I would recommend that most music is listened to using the Rock equaliser setting as it gives a good bass output when travelling or in noise environments. All in all a ...

long press of this gets you into the "workings" of the player where you can change the settings etc. Software included in the Box The player comes with Iriver Music Manager CD ROM. A VERY and I mean VERY easy to use piece of software. Once you have loaded the software onto your computer (its compatible with Windows 98SE, 2000 and XP, also Apple Mac) simply plug one end of the USB cable into the back of your PC, open up the Music Manager, plug the other end of the cable into the socket on the MP3 player and you are ready to save tracks to it. I cannot speak highly enough of this MP3 player. Having purchased it for £140 when it first arrived on the scene nearly 3 and a half years ago, and it being my first MP3 player, I was worried about how it would work. I was relieved on the week of purchasing that PC World rated it as the best MP3 player on the market. Although only 256mb (approximately 8-10 albums dependent on their length) it is incredibly easy to use, navigate your way around, download tunes and also carry with it being so tiny.
