The Iriver E100 is immediately distinguishable as an elegantly designed audio and video player. When using the supplied headphones, the sound quality is quite decent, with a reasonable high output power and being able to produce a range of frequency accurately. Upon using an additional pair of headphones, there was significant improvement in both frequency response and THD, making the sound superb. In terms of size, it is not the smallest, being about average. In spite of that, the task of finding individual audio tracks, albums and artist is quite straightforward and simple.
