Advantages: Stops Scratches

Disadvantages: Makes iPod Bigger !

I recently bought an iPod Video 30GB and whilst it is extremely nice looking it does scratch VERY eaily. The back half that is made from metal scratches very easily and if you are like me (which you probably aren't) and want to keep it perfectly clean all the time it becomes tiresome. As well as the back panel the screen also scratches easily and it will get ruined after a while!

The Speck SkinTight case is very good because it does stop all the scratches with its very thin silicon outer shell and also protects the screen with the screen protectors HOWEVER, you do lose out with the size of the iPod because it does make it noticably bigger and also it makes writing on the screen look a bit dodgy because of the refraction through the plastic screen protector. But it overall is definately worth it especially if you have a black iPod they show the scratches more than the white ones.

The skin is very durable and doesnt rip or anything and is very easy to put on, you simply stretch it over the bottom section and pull it onto it. It also looks good, they are various colours and designs that can be purchased.

Make sure when buying NOT to pay anything around £25. You can buy the product on eBay for £15 including postage.
