Advantages: Reliable, High quality, Quick download speeds, great for gym, splash proof, great for jogging, small

Disadvantages: Limited features, no repeat, no radio, is a little bit bulky, quite small memory available

This product is overall a great player, It has great sound quality and the product has been made very good, It is reliable and is very rare that it cuts off or breaks and is great if you are the kind of person who usually is prone to damaging thing, It is splash-proof so it is for most conditions but is a great player for jogging, exercise and the gym. The headphones with come with the Player are quite poor, They are not in-ear headphones and are hard rubber for around the ears, these make your ears quite hurt and to say the mp3 player is for Sports etc. The headphones are certainley not, they easily fall off. The player has suited me well especially when at the gym, being my first mp3 player i did not regret buying this.
The sizes range from 128mb-256mb, These are not really for the serious music listener.
When i bought this mp3 player, It was quite a while ago and mp3 players were very expensive, I paid £80 for the 128mb model.
There are a few downsides to this product as the memory sizes are quite small, The player can be a bit bulky when holding but fine in the pocket etc. There is very limited features on this player such as no recording, no radio, This is really just a music player.
Overall this is great for the sporty person and is great quality and reliable. Must buy if you just want music for the gym etc.
