Man, where do I start? I've had this product since Sunday (August 3, 2008). So far it has given me to problems whatsoever. The picture and sound quality are both good - if you can get your video files transferred onto it! We ve been in communication with Philips for weeks in order to try to get it to take video files converted using the conversion software supplied with it. The transfer starts off looking ok, but the unit disconnects itself from the USB about 10 seconds before the transfer is due to complete. Then it sits there for a further 5 minutes (still saying 10s left to go) and then says it can t do it because it s disconnected.
