the philips sa2225 is a very capable mp3 player.the quality of sound is good and the equaliser works pretty well.the radio is a bonus and as the player can store 10 stations thats well enough for most people.ive 17 albums on mine and the memery is just about used up.if thats enough sounds for you then 2gb is all you will need.the headphones are well up to the job and are comfortable to wear.the screen is clear and gives you the information you need while player is playing.build quaility is ok but i think the usb connecter cap could fit a little more snuggly.battery life is good and if you dont always have access to a computer then the sa2225 is ideal as it uses a triple a battery.all in all the sa225 is a decent mp3 player and between £20 and £30 its not a bad little deal.its not the flashiest player around but sound quality and performance is up there with the best of them.

Summary: not the flashiest but a brilliant performer
