Man, where do I start? I've had this product since Sunday (August 3, 2008). So far it has given me to problems whatsoever. I was looking for a new mp3 player that wasn't too cheap but also wasn't too expensive. To tell you the truth, this is the most expensive player that I've ever had. I live in the U.S. so here at my local WalMart it was about $74.88. It plays videos that must first be converted to the SMV format. Don't worry as the software for this comes with the player.
