Rio Carbon Pearl 6 GB ... i got this Mp3 last year it was about £70.00 but i think its gone down in price since then. The first problem i had with it was the fact that it kept on crashing, but after about 2 days that problem never occured again thankfully. The headphones that came bundled with it had absolutely stunning sound quality but broke within 2 days. The Actually player has an inbuilt microphone but hasnt got great quality. Ive found the 6GB to be ample for what i need and im a pretty heavy music listener, though some people may find the 6GB a bit lacking at times. Rio CE2100 2.2 GB ... have eventually succumbed to MP3, but did not want an iPod, as I did not want to get mugged. This seemed a reasonable buy from Morgan Computers for about £50, and seemed pretty simple. My refurbished model looks like new, and I cannot tell if the battery is a bit duff, as I can t get 20hrs life, but I have the volume turned up fairly high. Installing the software is easy, and the interface is friendly enough. The device looks like an additional drive in Win XP. I have not sorted out whether this is flash memory or a hard drive, as information is conflicting. It is small, and fits easily into a shirt sized pocket. It is light. Rio Carbon 6 GB ... was my first mp3 player and i love it to bits, weve been through so muc htogether, rain, snow, hail, puddles and this lil fella is damn near indestructable, although now has started to freeze every now and again. but its so easy to use, has a huge memory i mean i have over 200 CDs n I find the memory on this very good indeed. The sound quality that comesa out is also very good! Nothing to complain about, but please treat yours better than i did, and you will be fine together. Highly recomended....
