iPod - a word that makes me want to vomit. I can't stand Apple, and never have been able to - though i have many friends who swear by them. So, when searching for an mp3 player that WASN'T an iPod i struggled. Now, wandering through town, despondant and weary my bearing perked up as i wandered into a local little electronics place and spotted this - the price was right, it had enough memory... I'll take it! So, we'll start with teh cons... You can't operate the touch panel through gloves. Battery life is important to me, as I frequently go traveling and as power outlets are often not available it is imperative I have an mp3 player ...

I have contacted Samsung via email, and received a response telling me there could be a fault and I should phone them. I haven t phoned yet, but I ll try to and update this review to let you know what happens. From reading reviews of other MP3 players I have found that they rarely live up to their battery life expectations at all. Aside from that, I haven t had any other problems with this MP3 player. It comes with software to put music onto the device with, but I just use Windows Media Player 10, which is available to download free from the ...
