I bought this as a gift for my partner. He absolutely loved it and used it all the time. He filled it up with songs and videos. This has an excellent sound quality and great design. The touch screen is very good and fast to respond. Easy file transfer via USB and charges fairly quickly also with good battery life. One day this was put in its case on the side and when he went to use it agian ( about two days later ) this just wouldn't come on!. The light at the bottom flashes red and then just goes back off again. Tried charging it for 24 hours and this now comes with a blue light but will not come on. This is very disappointing after 3 months ownership. Having lost the reciept we were both gutted after spending £200 on a product that lasted 3 months and i cannot find anywhere who has the knowledge to fix it! I would have very high reviews for this product if i wasnt so disappointed with the reliability. Maybe this was a one off? Not sure whether others have experienced similair issues.
