I have no issues with the player itself but, I do have a probelm with the headphones. After just over 1 years use they have broken causing very poor radio signal. I have been everywhere (including Samsung) and am unable to purchase another pair. If the product is in warranty samsung will send new headphones if not.....I have been advised by Samsung themselves that there is no option other than to buy a completely new player!
So what alternative no I have other than to say I will not buy another Samsung product of any kind ever again.

I bought this as a gift for my partner. He absolutely loved it and used it all the time. He filled it up with songs and videos. This has an excellent sound quality and great design.
