I got this mp3 player for christmas last year, great looking mp3! very sleek design and can easily just slip into your pocket, its not bulky at all. I have also had the previous samsung mp3 the t9, this was not a touch screen and i feel the samsung s3 is much improved on this. The touch screen is very sensitive and easily to use, the touch screen pad is easily set out so that you dont press a button by accident. The picture quailty on the mp3 is also superb, making the whole mp3 very attractive.
8gb provides the mp3 with plenty of space to store all the music. It comes with a disk which you use to set up the samsung music database were you can load all your muci onto the mp3, this is easy to set up. However when music is placed on the mp3 it can be difficult to organise it into different albums, i found this very frustrating as sometimes the mp3 would not recongise the song and it would be placed in an unknown album or a new album would be created. For someone like me who likes everything to be in order i found it annoying that all my songs from the same artist wern't kept in the same place. This may have just been down to my lack of computer skills however i found the same problems with the previous samsung mp3 the T9. Apart from the music organisation the mp3 produces a great sound and is very easily to use. There is also sections for photographs, videos, radio and bluetooth which are all added bonuses.
Recently i have had to stop using my mp3 as the touch screen cracked, it still plays however i cannot navigate my way around the mp3 as the screen is blank. The mp3 are not the most enduring and hardwearing however are a good alternative to the expensive ipods, the mp3 will provide you with the same quailty and style as the ipod but at a better cost.
