Advantages: Quality Design and Nice Navigation

Disadvantages: None worth mentioning

Well my Dad has been wanting an Mp3 player for ages, however being fairly oldfashioned and having a very bad experience with the only MP3 player he ever bought a year ago,(thats a very long story for another time), he had given up on using one. However I figured with it being fathers day and all I should get him one of these, as I used to own one a while back, so I went onto Amazon and purchased it for around £30. Forgive me for not knowing the exact price, however from the right hand side of this page I can see that at Argos it costs £29.39.

This is a pretty decent price for a well known brand and Sandisk are one of the most popular brands of portable players so to find a budget price like this seemed ideal. The navigation is pretty similar to an Ipod is what attracted me the most to be honest, and it definitely is pretty straightforward to use, so no complains in this department. The main button is in the middle which is cool and especially with people less technologically capable this does make it a lot more straightforward to use the player.

The audio quality cant really be judged from this player, but more from the headphones you use from it. Of course the headphones that come with it are the bog standard free cheap earphones that always come with Mp3 Players, so if you are into your mursic I suggest the Creative EP30 for around £7, you can check my review on that specific earphones out if you are interested.

It is called the Sansa Clip for a reason and a fairly obvious one at that. This is that it can clip on to whatever you want it to. Most notably your trousers or Jeans, of course still keep them covered up, as you dont want to be a target for any potential muggers, but this feature does make it harder for your to lose this player.

It comes with a USB cable as standard, and this is used to charge up the player using a computer, however it is possible to get a plug adapater. The battery life is decent, and you can get many hours out of this before a recharging is needed. It is much better than the even cheaper Mp3 players, that need batteries that have to be recharged. Here you simply plug into computer and off you go.

Overall this is a great budget MP3 player, and if you have never used one before then it is great to get you start. It comes at an affordable price and does everything that you expect of an MP3 player.

Summary: Top budget Mp3 Player
