Advantages: Price, Capacity, Sound Quality
Disadvantages: Poor water Resistance, Feels a bit fragile
I bought this MP3 player because it had a high capacity and was at a low price on amazon.co.uk. When i received the item i found it was well packaged in a cardboard box then turned it on and was promptly greeted by a regional choice screen i selected 'Europe' then i transferred some mp3s from my PC (very easy drag and drop) and started listening. i was then very disappointed and surprised to find the level of sound very low. i did a quick Google and found the solution instantly. All i did was reset the player through the on screen menu and selected 'rest of the world'. This stops the volume being limited by the EU. I paired the mp3 player with JVC HAFX1X Xtreme Xplosives in Ear Canal Headphones. The sound output then is amazing, crystal clear and very loud even at half volume. The player stopped working after i used it in a damp pocket but recovered after i dried it out so i wouldn't recommend this for outdoor use. i have used it most days on the bus and found it very easy to use and lightweight this has lead to me having fears that it might be crushed because it is just plastic but it has head up very well so far (2 months) .
The player has a microSD slot so the memory can be expanded to fit a huge number of songs (32GB). The battery last several days and is recharged via a USB port but no wall charger is supplied.
Summary: A lot of Player for a low price
