Bought at Xmas. Only just found out probs with software. Computer has been in for service, slowed down. Uninstalled, reinstalled software to no avail. Cannot get the software to function. Sony helpline said: as our was not a branded computer ie did not buy it from PC World etc, they could not help us. Computer is whizzy XP with fast BBand. Other sibling bought creative Zen MP3 at the same time and it is working great.

Sony appear to require a degree of knowledge that is unreasonable and don't warn you of this before you buy.
Unless you are a techie, prepared to spend time and effort sorting out Sony's software problems for them, leave this alone. Getting refund today.
