Recently I bought a Sony MS Walkman from my local Dixons store. As soon as I got home and opened the box, the earphones were missing, the CD box seal was ripped open, most of the things had fingerprints on it, and the USB cable was missing. I took it back the next day, and at first they refused me a refund - apparently it was brand new and sealed when it was sold to me.
